# Find your way around

Gideon’s navigation separates conversations, reference material, ongoing work, and reusable capabilities. On a phone, open the navigation menu to reach the full workspace.

## Your everyday surfaces

## Extend your agent
**Agents** holds agent configurations. **Tools** shows actions Gideon can use. **Skills** stores reusable methods, **Prompts** stores reusable instructions, and **Workflows** stores procedures with a defined shape. **Learning** helps you review proposed improvements.

**Apps** is the place to browse integrations. **Connections** manages your linked services and advanced credentials in hosted Gideon. Model and provider administration are managed for you.

## Find what needs you
Use **Mission Control** for work waiting on attention, approvals, and active work. Read the request and its context before acting. An approval is a decision about the described action, not confirmation that the whole task is finished.

## Hosted files are remote
Files and the terminal operate in Gideon’s workspace. A path on your laptop is not automatically available there: upload the file or connect an accessible source. Self-hosted navigation calls Automations **Triggers** and includes host administration settings.
