# Install and manage capability packs

Packs bundle reusable skills, templates, agents, and connector declarations. Use one to start a familiar kind of project with a reviewed set of capabilities.

## Find a pack
Open **Settings → Packs** to see the Pack store, installed packs, and project suggestions. Project fingerprinting can suggest a pack from the shape of files; a suggestion does not install it.

## Review and install
Read the components and required connectors. Installation scans components, keeps imported triggers disabled, and stages the agent roster until deployment. Complete any setup interview before relying on the pack.

## Connect the missing pieces
A connector declaration is not a working service connection. Review skipped-connector markers and configure the appropriate service through Apps or Connections. Test a small task before enabling its automation.

## Update carefully
Inspect an update before applying it. Pack updates preserve components you have edited rather than silently replacing them. Rerun the setup interview where available if your project’s needs changed.

## Tune discovery
Turn project fingerprinting off if you do not want suggestions. The connector catalog URL is optional; leaving it empty keeps the bundled catalog. Installing a pack should be a deliberate choice, especially when it brings executable code or external actions.
