Your first conversation
Give Gideon one small, concrete job. A good first task has material you can check and an output you can review in a few minutes.
Get into your workspace
- Open your Gideon application and sign in. If asked, create your personal Gideon and wait for the workspace to become ready.
- Complete the introduction with your name. In hosted Gideon, models and voice are managed; optional connections can wait.
- Open Chat and start a conversation.
- Paste a short set of notes or attach a relevant file. Say what you want back.
Turn these notes into a short action list. Group decisions, next steps, and unanswered questions. Use only the notes. Leave unknown owners and dates unassigned. Do not send messages or change files.
Follow the result
Read the response and inspect any tool activity or approval request. If Gideon needs access you have not connected, either provide the material directly or connect that service through Apps.
Ask a specific follow-up: “Keep the decisions, but reduce the next steps to three priorities.” Continue in the same conversation so the context carries forward.
Check that each action comes from your notes. Confirm owners and dates yourself. A polished answer can still contain an unsupported inference.
Continue or start fresh
Use the same chat for follow-ups on the same task. Start a new one for unrelated work. For another direction from the same context, use Branch from here.
