Turn notes into actions
From these notes, extract decisions, next steps, and open questions. Do not invent owners or dates. Put uncertain items in a separate list.
Research a decision
Compare [options] for [need] using [sources]. Cite material claims, include evidence dates, and distinguish facts from assumptions. End with the questions we still need answered.
Start a project
Plan [outcome]. Define scope, exclusions, dependencies, and measurable exit criteria. Propose tasks and wait for my review before making changes.
Review a file
Inspect [file]. Explain its contents and quality issues before changing anything. Then propose the smallest change that achieves [outcome].
Make a routine
Prepare [output] every [day/time/timezone] from [sources]. Keep it for review. Confirm the intended schedule, destination, and how I pause it.
Check a finished task
Compare the result with the brief. Show evidence for completed work, list unverified parts, and link the final files or artifacts. Do not count stopped or queued work as complete.
